I am 23 and have had 4 scoliosis surgeries. i have rods and screws in my back. i get random painful foot spasms. what can i do to help get rid of this?

Check electrolytes: Spasm can result from electrolyte imbalances... nerve compression usually results in pain and weakness rather than spasms... check your Med list if you take any and see if there are any that deplete your Potassium. Check with your PCP for a lab test if this continues...
