Evaluate heart: Neck strains/sprains can cause headaches and neck stiffness. Disc issues and arthritis of the neck could do the same. However, the high blood pressure, tachycardia, and numbness need to be evaluated sooner then later. You could get the headaches and numbness if your blood pressure is to high. You need to see a medical provider now. If your heart is fine then other workup can be done on the neck
