It's boring: The answer to that is boring - healthy eating and exercise. But boring or not, it WORKS! Exercise causes release of endorphins, elevates mood, increases sense of well-being and increases muscle mass. Increasing muscle mass is the only true way to "increase metabolism" so it helps with weight loss or maintenance. Healthy, non-processed foods are also energy rather than lethargy producing.
