i am on the ketogenic diet my stool recently has been green color lately. i've also been feeling a slight discomfort on my lower right side abdomen slightly behind my lower ribs. no pain at all. when i have carbs my poop looks normal brown.

Understandable: The ketogenic diet has low carbohydrate hence the color of your stool will be back to normal if you eat carbohydrates. The color of your stool is a reflection of your diet. However abdominal discomfort needs evaluation
