I have short segment barretts. is apple cider vinegar, lemon water and kombucha safe with barretts. i have read that they alkali the stomach ?

Diet and Barretts: The apple cider vinegar and lemon water are rather acidic, so I would worry that they would cause more problems for your esophagus/stomach. I would speak with your GI doctor to see what specific foods he/she recommends.
