Hmmm....: A vaginal discharge looking like old blood, coming out about the time that one's menstrual period is expected, might actually be that month's menstrual period. If the next regular period a few weeks from now is again unusual, or if there are other concerns, one's primary care doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor can be contacted for an evaluation.
