my test results for hep c came back negative multiple times after 4 months. but i was told i have liver inflammation and above normal vitamin b12 and symptoms like headaches, tingling all over my body, etc. what could it be? could my results me wrong

Many things cause: Liver inflamation besides Hep C. You need further testing.
