had barium enema. result says acid reflux into appendix. what does that mean? i have gastritis. do i have acid escaping my stomach? or is it appendicitis? trying to find cause of severe pain around the ribs. pain persists after gallbladder removal.

Misinterpretation: May be typo because there is no acid in the colon. Probably they meant Barium reflux which is normal
