i have low blood pressure(90 over60) &also have a heart murmur.i often get vertigo and dizzy.could those be causing that?how could i prevent it?thanks

Low BP.: 90/60 is not low unless you are getting gizmo who you stand. Check BP after you stand and then again after you exercise.. Get back with us with results.

Compare to baseline: These blood pressure numbers without symptoms of hypotension are ok if your baseline numbers (before treatment) were not too far off
