Need Neuro exam.: You should see a Neurologist with a copy of the report & (ideally) pictures of the MRI that you underwent. Only a Neurologist can accurately tell you if / why you have heat sensitivity. Usually, heat sensitivity means loss of the ability to tell the difference between hot & cold. The spinal MRI may be misleading. Poor circulation, neuromas, diabetes, & other conditions predispose feet to tingling.
