i have back pain. i also have gout flare ups.the pain definitely feels like gout. i'm 51.had gout @ 19 toe ankle knee.could it be in si joint?

Don't guess : Gout can involve any joint of the body including those of the back, usually seen in more advanced cases. Back pain can be caused from many things, some which do not even involved the back. A medical history, detailed review of system & physical examination by a physician plus x-rays may provide the answer.
