Get seen now,: Any change in the pattern of a migraine is worrying. Pain for a week without relief is also worrying. Please call your doc or go to an ER and be checked to be sure this is not something potentially life threatening. We cannot replace damaged brains!

You have sciatica.: Sorry you are suffering from this...There are several common causes of sciatica including irritation of the spinal nerves from a herniated disk. If your pain does not get better, if numbness affects the crotch, or if you have bowel or bladder difficulty then you need a surgical evaluation, otherwise your primary care provider can take care of getting the sciatica to cool down.

See an eye doctor: Swelling and pain around the eye may be caused by an infection. If left untreated, it can potentially get into the eye socket and even the brain. Your aunt should be evaluated by an eye doctor immediately.
