At your age, chest: discomfort is unlikely to be cardiac in nature. You have not been very descriptive so it is impossible to make a more focused suggestion. If it continues I would recommend making an appointment with a health care provider for evaluation.

Menstrual pain: Severe pain should be evaluated by a gynecologist. Mild to moderate cramping can be relieved with NSAID meds like Ibuprofen or naproxen. Check out no-drug methods too like massage, exercise, and a new menstrual belt called ziivaa.

Several things: Start with gentle but regular aerobic exercise (walking, cycling, water exercise). Build up core strength (tummy and back muscles). Eliminate tobacco use. If such simple measures have been ineffective, consult your primary doctor or a spine physician.

Chest Pain: Few causes, and given your age, I would put them in the following order: - Pain due to muscle sprain of the chest, especially if you hurt your chest somehow - A lung clot, especially if you are feeling short of breath with it. It might happen secondary to a clot elsewhere in the body like the legs - A puncture of the lung, especially if you are having shortness of breath Get it checked please soon

Chest pain: Did you do something strenuous in the past few days? have you been coughing more because of asthma or a cold? does it change in nature with breathing or activity. initial thought is musculo-skeletal. I would take (if not allergic) 1 Aleve ( naproxen). However if breathing becomes a problem or the pain worsens then GO to the emergency department for evaluation
