Penis size & breast: tissue. Glad you asked about this. Please see a urologist and/or an endocrinologist. Your primary care doc can refer you. They will tell you if there is need for treatment. Could be hormonal issue or trapped penis syndrome, or you may be fine. If breast tissue is significant, surgery MAY be suggested. Being a decent person is the best measure for self-worth. Get evaluated: Life is tough enough on a guy without having gynecomastia. You owe it to yourself to get the surgery now. Penis size you can't do anything about, but if you have 3.0" or more, you can satisfy most women and yourself. A shorter guy gets harder and has better control stimulating her best nerves which are in front. Your physician can address headaches / memory.
