I am experiencing chest pain mid chest more pain when i push my chest forward (out) around breast bone feeling naseous , difficulty swallowing saliva sometimes then it goes back to normal ?

See your doctor.: At your age it would be unusual to have the heart as a source of your problem, but you should see your doctor to get it checked out first. If that is normal, you probably need a consultation by a G.I. doctor to evaluate the esophagus, given your difficulty swallowing. OTC acid-reducing medicines might help some in the meantime.
