Stop it, buddy: Those things are irritating your throat. You're flirting with the roughest addiction in all of medicine, and the one most likely to kill you. Don't be stupid. Throw those things away now. You haven't given yourself cancer yet -- but play chicken with cancer for a few more years, and you very well might.
