Can't tell: Your situation requires evaluation by doctors who can examine you, your radiographs, and your medical tests. Trying to get a second opinion over the internet regarding this type of health problem is not possible. I suggest you follow the directions and go for further testing. All the best...

Further tests: This depends on what was seen on initial tests. Many times further tests are needed to prove that something is nothing. For example additional films for mammography may be needed to prove something is normal breast tissue or a ultrasound is needed to prove something is a simple cyst. You need to get more info.

Many young men: And boys simply require orchiectomy. A decision as to whether to have serial imaging or a single dose of chemotherapy is difficult for many. If node dissection was needed, they may experience retrograde ejaculation - orgasm with no visible semen expelled. This is a highly curable disease for most. Dealing with difference, change and adapting to harms of treatment require understanding of cause.
