what is the prognosis for stage 4 grade 2 liver disease in someone with chronic hepatitis b who was diagnosed in 2014?

Dr. Anne Larson
33 years experience Hepatology
It's variable.: Stage 4 means cirrhosis. Grade 2 means there is inflammation in the liver. Survival is greatly improved it the hepatitis B is treated - there are medicines for this. You should be seeing a specialist for this and consider treatment.
