i'm 42yr old female that used to binge drink every weekend from age of about 30 up until a couple yrs ago. i only drink beer/wine. i worry about liver?

Liver damage: Congrats on taking better care of yourself. Abuse of alcohol can destroy your life as well as your liver. Please see your doc. He/she MAY do some lab testing of your liver enzymes and tell you how things stand. Even "only" drinking beer/wine can be dangerous. Peace and good health.
