i fell down on my leg pretty hard at work and my leg instantly turned black is this ok? can it be a blood clot?

Need to examine: The leg turning black is not okay. There is at least bleeding in the tissue and that may promote blot clot in the veins. You should get it checked out by a doctor. Your workman's insurance should cover the care.
