my shoulder clicks from any movement, when lifting anything it feels like it pops out. i never dislocated it. i do regular exercise, to strengthen it.

If there is no pain.: Then it could just be a tendon that is not tracking correctly and rolling over the bone as opposed to being in it's correct anatomical place.

Varies: You could have some degree of instability in it. In some patients this can be from an injury, other patients have it more as a developmental issue. Don't hesitate to be seen for it.
