If both metanephrine fractionated tests were abnormal, what is the likihood the ct of the abdomen and pelvis being abnormal. Was done w/wo contrast.

Likely abnormal: If both metanephrines were abnormal, you are likely to have an abnormality in your adrenal gland; this is likely to show up on imaging. A CT of the abdomen should demonstrate such abnormality.
