Likely heat rash: Heat rashes are very common especially in moist places like the groin, arm pits, and feet. They can take many forms and can itch or not. Usually triggered by hotter temps that you describe but there are substantial individual differences in the level of heat and moisture required for triggering. If it is a huge problem for you, see a Dermatologist for suggested treatment.
