Not food allergy: Pimples are not caused by a food allergy. Pimples are caused by an excess of oils that get clogged in our pores. At home treatment includes washing your face with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser twice a day. Too much scrubbing or using harsh cleansers will irritate the skin, and can make problem worse. Avoid picking pimples and avoid greasy creams. See dermatologist if none of above works.
