High Hemoglobin A1C: Means you have diabetes. If you were not diagnosed before this could be the time that you find out that you are now diabetic.

High A1C.: A high HgbA1C means your blood sugars are not under control in the long term if you have diabetes, or means you are at increased risk for developing diabetes if you don't have it currently.
