You sound dehydrated: Yes, you may have food poisoning but your inability to keep down liquids and your dizziness may warrant IV rehydration now via an ER visit.

Could be: Symptomatic treatment would include ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain and fever. Drinking lots of water or sports drinks to keep up with fluid losses are the most important thing. If you are going to try solids try bread, rice, bananas to start and firm up your bowels.

Diarrhoea & vomiting: Diarrhoea and vomiting are most likely due to food poisoning. Having fever , blood in stool or not able to pass urine , not able to keep anything down would warrant seeing a doctor. Most important thing in meantime would be to keep drinking fluid ( enerlyte - available from chemist ) . Paracetamol can be tried for pain and fever .

Gastroenteritis: This sounds like a case of Gastroenteritis. It is ideal that you get stool samples sent to the lab to determine the causative organism. If the cause is bacterial, you may need antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin to treat the gastroenteritis especially if you've had any recent overseas travel. Please visit your doctor.
