I've suffered from anorexia for 22 years. I've yoyoed,too however, I've been at a low but stable bmi but my upper body is still skeletal. ?

Not enough info: We don't know what your current BMI is. Every time you start losing weight - you are likely losing a lot of muscle. Minimal muscle can give a skeletal appearance.
