i have pain for years in my chest bones, clavicle & back, worsen after rest, and after i wake up, when i move my shoulder backwards and forwards, why?

Costochondritis?: You may have inflammation of the joints where the ribs attach to the sternum; this is called costochondritis and is fairly common. The symptoms are pretty much what your describing. See your PCP for NSAID therapy and if that doesn't work, imaging to confirm followed by a pain mgmt referral.
