sore throat and pharynx for half a year, phlegm at pharynx -> hem/cough. more burping, but reflux diet/pill didnt help.

Reflux vs Allergy: Obviously this needs more clarification. It sounds like you're on the right track. Could be reflux or could be an allergic reaction. You can discuss this with your physician

Chronic pharyngitis : The issues to be addressed would be whether there is post nasal drip from a nasal or sinus condition, sore throat due to chronic tonsillitis, or if reflux is playing a role. You mentioned being treated for reflux, but may not have been optimal dosing and duration of treatment. You need a good ENT exam, fiber-optic nasophryngoscopy, and then treatment can be properly initiated.
