i have pain in my knees and my feet. very long way walking to school plus some training. should i just keep walking or use a bicycle? the pain is since i started walking.

See below: Try riding the bicycle and back off the walking. You may also want to be evaluated for proper footwear. Pain could be from arthritis, muscle strain, or gait. If you still have pain see a physician for further workup and recommendations.
