Is it safe to plan a pregnancy if i have an upper abdominal hernia and gastritis?

Possibly: Pregnancy usually worsens acid reflux, and that could make your gastritis symptoms worse, this would include pain in the upper abdomen, and heartburn. You don't state the size or location of the hernia, but if it small and disappears when you lie down, it is probably safe to become pregnant. Pregnancy can make this worse also. Hernias in the belly button are common during pregnancy.
