I dont want to wear my glasses cause there not helping. i reason i got them was because my eyes hurt, not my vision. can i stop wearing them.

Your choice: The job of eyeglasses is to improve the clarity of vision; not to relieve pain. If the glasses do not improve your vision then they are not helping. If you goal was to relieve pain, then a cause for the pain must be sought and it is almost certainly not uncorrected vision. For your next stop, see an ophthalmologist for a better diagnosis.
