NASH: I am not a liver specialist. You described having a fatty liver. It sounds like you don't know if there is inflammation. I believe that Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) includes fatty liver, inflammation & damage to liver cells. I would discuss with your doctor to see if your findings include more than just fatty liver.
