Many suggestions: Hi, Sorry to hear you have been struggling with dyspepsia lately. I have a checklist for tips on lifestyle management of GERD. It is listed under my profile for you to review. If you have tried most of these things already, it may be time to trial an acid suppressing medication such as an H2 blocker or PPI. Or seek further eval to see if you have a hiatal hernia. Hope this helps.
