Be cautious : Combining amytriptyline, ventolin and xaffeine wouldn't be wise as they all have stimutory effect on the heart and circulation, may increase your heart rate and blood pressure, you want to be cautious. Ibuprofen would help period cramps, if not see your doctor, lastly gaviscon can help reduce acid reflux symptoms , but avoiding caffiene helps more, good luck
