just finished meds for ear infection still can't hear & have paralysis in right side of face. is this normal?

No: Hearing loss with a middle ear infection can take a few weeks to clear.The retained fluid/mucous remain after germs are dead and must leave before hearing returns to baseline. You should NEVER have any facial paralysis with a simple ear infection.I would go in at your next opportunity for a re-evaluation.

Bells palsy: You probably have Bell's palsy - you should be seen immediately in person for - you might need steroids
