Not to worry: Partial blockage means that flow is still ongoing although at a reduced rate. Tumors in this area are rare and cause visible swelling and nodule formation. Your ophthalmologist can evaluate this and frequently the narrowing can be enlarged in an office procedure that takes a second or two.

Tear duct blockage: Are you concerned the tear duct blockage is due to surgery or reappearance of tumor? Need to followup with ophthalmologist to assess the tear ducts.

Cancer unlikely: Tear duct cancer is virtually unheard of. The symptoms are more likely to be due to scarring in the duct.
