Not to worry: Partial blockage means that flow is still ongoing although at a reduced rate. Tumors in this area are rare and cause visible swelling and nodule formation. Your ophthalmologist can evaluate this and frequently the narrowing can be enlarged in an office procedure that takes a second or two.
