i fell in nov. now have hydromyelia/syringomyelia w syrinx. t7-t12 4mm mas at t9 this wasn't seen in last mri 2015 back pain & uro sx. from fall?

Need more info: This is a question that will be better answered with further clarification of spine imaging details - where exactly is this mass at T9 - inside the spinal cord, inside the vertebral column, on top of the spinal cord, is it enhancing with contrast etc etc. Some masses are clinically benign like hemangiomas inside the vertebra, some are less benign causing symptoms like spine tumors, hematomas, AVMs
