Rash like hives: Non itchy rash on cheek and back may be due to viral infection that is also causing cold symptoms. Needs to be evaluated by doctor to confirm diagnosis. Seek immediate attention if rash starts to blister or peel or if lesions spread to inside mouth or eyes.
