The significance of: your symptoms depends almost entirely on the context in which you're experiencing them. Sprains, strains and inflammation can cause such symptoms. The fatigue may or may not be related. The most common link is stress. Based on the "conditions" you mention, I strongly recommend that you see your doctor regardless of what's going on in your neck.
