Currently take metformin 2,000mg daily. Can I take ubiquitous CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, GTF chromium & glycinate magnesium supplements with metformin?

Supplements: 27F of unknown medical Hx other than metformin. Wants to know if can take several supplements. ANS. If u need to waste money on unproven supplements that may contain dangerous additives (the are no standards for supplements) then you might consider it. I never recommend them. I would focus on diet & exercise so you don't meet to take metformin either. Get your BMI < 25 & you likely won't need it.
