Not the key: Despite "pop" wisdom, food choice isn't the key to managing most illness. If you actually have rosacea instead, spices hot enough to make you flush may make your illness worse. If it's really seborrheic dermatitis, you have a host of very effective, simple medications, some from Mother Nature herself, that will keep you illness under good control. Eat sensibly and treat your illness scnetifically.
