skin biopsy chin wound 2/6, while washing accidentally removed scab (very thin/moist hadn't noticed it) didnt tear/bleed. put bandaid + aquaphore. now its slightly indented & red. effect on healin?

Little to none: As long as no redness, swelling, pain or pus, just keep it covered and clean gently! Healing will still occur; as long as you leave it mostly alone and infection doesn't occur, you may have delayed healing by a couple of days or so.
