Shingles?: If bumps are clustered to one side they may be due to shingles, a reactivation of chicken pox which can cause pain, hypersensitivity, and numbness. See your clinician asap. If shingles, need to start treatment w/i 72 hours to speed resolution and reduce risk of complications.
