Only if measured &: If the images obtained by MRI were properly obtained (T1 or T2 weighting), formatted (reconstructed in the sagittal or coronal plane), & evaluated (someone measured it) could you be assured of knowing whether it was enlarged or not. Enlarged pancreas: This is not good. It could be inflammation or a host of other causes. You must follow through with the treatments plans of your doctors.
