Blood pressure: Dmaa has been banned from all the .Supplements due to adverse reactions. .Oxyelite pro is one of those supplements. You should consult your physician and get your heart and blood pressure checked. One time dose is less likely to have a major consequence

Oxyelite pro: It is unlikely for you to have a side effect after taking only 1 pill. These drugs are not regulated by the fda or any other regulatory agency. If you want healthy weight loss diet and exercise is the way to go. Due to the length of time your symptoms have persisted consulting your primary care physician is recommended.

Mindfull: may be tension headaches, or from jaw grinding-especially during sleep. Both are responses to stress. Being mindful of u'r body allows to pick up on early physical signs of stress so u can step back and give urself a "time out"; deep, slow breathing is one of best ways to prevent & lower the pain. Teeth grinding may be tricky as some people require bite guards during sleep. See doc if gets worse
