YOGA: is very unlikely to stop Male Pattern Baldness which is what you are describing sounds like! Speak with your Primary Care or see a DERMATOLOGIST for some medical treatment ! ROGAINE and other medications can be quite effective!! Nail Rubbing...not so much. Hope this helps! Dr Z
