how to be happy?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Randy Baker
40 years experience Holistic Medicine
BE HERE NOW and...: Being happy generally involves doing work you enjoy, helping others, having good relationships and a spiritual connection. Reduce stress- meditation helps as does exercise. Try to live in the moment (BE HERE NOW), live by the Golden Rule and follow your bliss. It is hard to be happy if you don't feel good, so eat a healthy diet and take a good multivitamin, with 5000 iu of D3 in fall and winter.

The book pictured above, Deep Happy: How to Get There and Always Find Your Way Back by Peter Fairfield is a well-written guide to being happy.
