Depends : From your information it looks as if you been diagnosed with more than just adhd and that the insomnia preceded the use of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). In general that low dose taken in the am does not usually cause sleep issues in an adult although it might aggravate existing issues. It is also contraindicated to be taking the additional meds you have listed at the same time. Need visit with provider.

Many: Geodon (ziprasidone) is not a sleeping pill, and the dose you mention is very low. Trazodone is one option.

Meds: Adderrall and Geodon (ziprasidone) increase risk of heart attack, you should contact your md. You make may want to take low doses of seroquel or zyprexa if no metabolic contraindications as they are sedating.

Adderall and Geodon are both safe to use in combination and used together do not increase the risks of heart attacks in any significant way. Still I think that Dr Chand's response if otherwise correct. Depending on your underlying condition, traxodone call likewise be helpful.
