Ok so i got my wisdom teeth cut out 6 days ago. all but one seem as if it's not healing. i pulled to stitch out of it tonight. why is it not healing ?

Healing : If you have no pain, pus, bad taste or odor and your swelling is going down or gone, then you're healing OK. The gum will heal and the bone will fill in gradually. If you have increasing swelling, redness, fever, discharge or pain then call your dentist.
